The war isn't going well -- so hey, let's expand it with a "surge!"

We felt obliged -- call it an urge of some kind -- to make a Flash video in honor of those who boldly go where they've already been, hoping to end up somewhere else.

With an able assist from DEVO's "Uncontrollable Urge," Chopped Liver Productions salutes Bush's devotion to finding the worst solutions to the most untenable problems he created through his thoughtlessness and ineptitude.
